It needs to be about 50% longer to really be a novel. I've had a bad cold and been off work, and wrimo, for three days this week, so it's a pretty late start. Hey ho.
But I think 50% is do-able:
- Smooth out the transitions between scenes
- Add even more of the narrator's rambling thought process
- Add descriptions of the gardens and the paintings
Insane plan: Complete the 50% increase in half the month, and then do a 50,000 word NaNoWriMo novel in the second half. Position now is as follows.
